Black, formed exclusively by hand. Flavored with caraway seeds, baked from rye and wheat flour, is prepared by scalded flour and natural sourdough and malt. Bread has special aroma and sweet and sour taste provided by using apple jam in the production.
Ingredients: Rye flour (40%), wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, rye malt powder, liquid malt extract (barley, wheat, water), sugar, salt, apple jam, caraway seeds (1.5%).
