Black, a distinctive form of bread, shaped exclusively by hand, flavored with caraway seeds. Baked from rye and wheat flour, is prepared by scalded flour and natural sourdough and malt.

Ingredients: Rye flour (28%), wheat flour, water, fresh yeast, rye malt powder, liquid malt extract (barley, wheat, water), sugar, salt, caraway seeds (1%).
